Loan Checklist

The following information is usually required during the loan process:

  • Last two years Federal tax returns – complete with all schedules and W2 forms. If self employed , include applicable business returns.
  • Current pay stubs and / or retirement income documentation : Social Security award letter /  Pension documentation.
  • Bank,  Investment and retirement account statements for the past two months – complete with all pages.

If you purchasing a new home:

  • Copy of your purchase and sale agreement
  • Copies of your deposit checks given at time of offer and purchase and sale agreement

If this is a refinancing transaction :

  • Copy of your mortgage statement,  property tax and homeowners insurance.
  • Current home equity line statement. If property is held in Trust, please provide executed trust document and schedule of beneficiary
